You are an absolute inspiration, I thoroughly enjoy the sessions that we have with you. In each session you challenge me and I leave with my mind racing.

I have decided to embrace your concept of 1% daily, I am however tweaking it, every second day the goal of my extra 1% is to directly benefit/impact someone else, paying it forward so to speak.

With your permission I would like to pass on your details to someone who has been a "mentor" type person for me.  He owns and runs a company that deals directly with the CEOs of companies which have a minimum turnover of $200m. It is based on the concept that it is lonely at the top, and who better to talk through issues with than like minded individuals in a similar position.  Thanks again Dave.

Right from the 'big lunch', to our conversation at the workshop on me wanting to be a facilitator, to you standing up for me-just because you knew the real me, I have so much to look up to you!

On a more personal note, I can say boldly today, that I will take with me simple things that I have learnt from you-straight forward, truthful (well, I tried that one and fell on my face, but nonetheless I was truthful!!), stand up for what I believe in and be passionate about life!

Hey Dave! I just heard about how fantastic you were on Wednesday at the Leadership Day at Telstra Dome.

One of my colleagues said your energy and enthusiasm was infectious and she was determined to turn up the energy levels in her courses as a result - Leadership Day is about Branch Managers, but the L&D facilitators got a lot out of it too, thanks to you. You are one of the reasons I am doing what I do today (just from observing you in action) and loving every minute of it - when I feel my energy levels a bit low I remind myself of the impact it has and I choose to turn it up!
